"I ordered the Queen Bee bundle on 3/15 and when I got the confirmation and saw how long the order takes to ship, I was a little disappointed. Then I got an email saying the order would be delayed further due to a wick vendor issue. At that point I was concerned I might have gotten scammed. A few weeks later I was pleasantly surprised the order finally shipped. I thought, cool, but I’ll never order from this company again because of how long it takes. Then I got the order and I now know I don’t think I can order from another company again. In fact, I’m going to make another order soon so I never run out. Let me also say that I ordered what I thought were bees wax candles from another vendor, and after getting Busy Bees candles, I know the other vendor sold crap. Glad you asked! That white dusty looking powder is called BLOOM. This happens when the natural oils and resins found in pure beeswax float to the surface when exposed to temperature changes. Generally bloom is a good sign that you truly have pure beeswax! If you don’t like the look of bloom, simply take a soft cloth and polish your candle to remove it.
